Hi All just to let you know Lidl (SILVERCREST) now do a 27L Digital jam maker you can set the time from 0 to 120 mins or on for good and you can set the temp from 0 to 100. OK its not the best thing in the world and maybe a bit big for the kitchen counter top but its a good start to sous vide also you can get the christmas turkey in there is.
